Artist's Comments

This painting was made with *love* as entry for the outcoming Painter book. I spent some time into this one 0.0 . I hope it can be there T___T
Thanks for telling me the main idea (a person and a wolf), for telling me which background to put and thanks to my mom for telling me which guy to use as referece (I used wonderful Danila Polyakov if you want to know ;) )
I encourage crits, because I want this illustration to be really good ! 0___0

Wish me luck ;____;

[edit] I read all suggestion and crits and I did what I could. Thank you very much everyone for your inputs! I *think* the wolf is better... I blurred some leaves, added a shadow on the guy skin.. etc. I guess you'll see this again as I'm making it available as print

i think its beautiful, and the only thing i see that you even remotely be wrong with it is the lighting. there is no shadow from the wolf onto the guy, and it looks like the light is hitting the wolf from a different angle all together, but its beautiful...

So long and thanks for all the fish!

Wow, that's beautiful. Lovely choice of colours, and superbly painted. I would give you a critical comment, but I honestly can't fault anything about it... :D

oh my god. when i saw this i was just like, "WOW!", because it's amazing!! It looks so beautiful and real, my mind's going crazy trying to figure out if its a photo or not. The wolf's fur is so detailed and realistic it's like i could reach out and touch it. The guy's really gorgeous, too~ *O* so pale, with light eyelashes and really pretty hair. The colors and everything blend together perfectly to remind me of autumn. My fav parts of this are the wolf's ears and leaves--they're so exceptionally detailed and realistic. This is amazing overall! I'll be suprised if you don't get into that book! :heart:
:iconnyanko-chan:
The depth and selective focus in this is amazing *_* I love the shadows around his eyes especially, but the whole thing is wonderful, like a perfected photograph, idealized but realistic, soooo amazing!
:iconxcry:
I'm not the type to criticize. It's sooo beautiful, I hope you'll make it in! =3

May me encanta... sabes que si
