Hi kids!
I just realized that I'm such a huge Anne Rice fangirl, and I hadn't done any fanart!! o_O
So, I think the best I could do was doing once and for all, a tribute to my favourite writer :). Neh, here it's my version of Claudia And Lestat. This one took me hella long time, and everything from my chest to my head aches.
My God, two heads in the same pic! I promise I won't do that again, or at least, with that damn crosshatching technique.

PS: No, there's no Loui. Loui was such a loser he deserved the death or suicide. Period

This is the older version. Thanks to gorgeous Nivbed for his suggestions although my version is much crappier.

What a brilliant piece. The detail and shading are very nice. The hair looks very real and the hands...the hands look so real that it looks like someone took a picture and painted around the hands. Such realism. Excellent!

OMG Lestat and Claudia T_T I haven't read an Anne Rice book in so long. My favs were "IWTV and the vampire armand...yeah armand rocks...'nough about me...sorry This is a beautiful pic. they both look like what it was said in the book. Many people that do fan art of the vampire chronicle take the looks from the film.

Everything looks great, but you should have made them look paler and Lestat should have smirked...but it doesn't matter the picture looks wonderful :D

this is GORGEOUS!!!!! i'm such a rice fangirl myself. lol i LOVE the expressions on their faces, especially claudia, looks like she's pondering something. very soft lighting, reminds me almost of the dutch masters. defintely deserves a fave :D great work! :clap:

And although Claudia was needy, I always loved her the most..she just wanted somebody all to herself. And that's a splendid picture...since Lestat and her only got along in a few ways (such as killing) and otherwise she was Lois' baby.
